A Stainless Steel ERW Super Duplex Pipe combines the high strength and corrosion resistance of super duplex steel (like S32750/2507) with Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) manufacturing, creating a durable, cost-effective pipe with a dual-phase (ferritic-austenitic) microstructure, excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, and chloride stress corrosion cracking, ideal for harsh chemical, marine, and oil/gas environments where high performance is crucial but cost needs managing. 

• Material Composition: High in Chromium (around 25%), Molybdenum (4%), and Nickel (7%), plus Nitrogen, giving it superior corrosion properties compared to standard duplex grades.
• Microstructure: A balanced mix of austenite and ferrite phases provides both strength and corrosion resistance.
• Manufacturing (ERW): Formed by welding a steel strip or coil longitudinally, making it generally more cost-effective than seamless pipes and suitable for various sizes.
• Corrosion Resistance: Exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in aggressive chloride environments, outperforming 316L stainless steel.
• Mechanical Strength: High tensile and yield strength, offering good load-bearing capacity.
